Our spacious, purpose-built lodge is set in a secluded sun-drenched spot just behind the historic Mahana Homestead.
There are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and you have a choice of a king size bed, or twin beds (two single beds). The rooms all open on to a small deck, three with forest backdrops and one with a sea view out towards Endeavour Inlet.
The central shared guest lounge, on to which each bedroom suite connects, offers a comfortable communal area to relax with breathtaking views over Endeavour Inlet from the large windows. It is stocked with books, magazines, games and puzzles for your rest and relaxation should you be able to tear yourself away from the view.
Self-serve facilities are provided for hot drinks but we do not provide facilities for cooking your own evening meal. The cosy log fire provides warmth and comfort for those cooler evenings.
To enhance your peaceful enjoyment of Mahana, we have chosen to be a TV free zone. Please note that there is no cell phone coverage at Mahana. Internet access is available on arrangement for an additional fee.

A wonderful, relaxed stay, and we could not recommend it more highly.
This is a great place to stay when you are hiking the Queen Charlotte track.
I was incredibly impressed and had a very memorable one night stay here while mountain biking the QC track with my partner. Our room (number 4) was just lovely, with a private balcony and a gorgeous view of the inlet.
As the name Mahana suggests – warmth, shelter and hospitality . . . the lodge and surrounding gardens are immaculate. It is a very pretty setting with a private beach. The views from the lounge and kitchen area are breath taking.
